The Framework
The TRE framework is the circulatory system of infrastructure consciousness. Every piece of knowledge, every innovation, every breakthrough follows the same three-phase pattern: it transits through space and time, relays through human and machine nodes, and exchanges form at each handoff point. The 13 Relays of civilisation are TRE pathways — from fire to the fractal connector.
