The Hold Point prevents clog by enforcing four rules:

S3 — THE PARADOX: BARRIERS NOT YET RECEIVED

"Submit bypass protocols for barriers not yet received."

This is a quadruple paradox — and each resolution reveals a deeper layer of the framework:

1. Temporal Paradox (Zeno): The barrier exists in the future. The protocol exists now. The protocol IS the barrier's prevention, not its cure. You don't wait for the disease to write the vaccine. Pre-intervention mode (Block 339) already established this: the system operates BEFORE the event, not after.
